Oscar Hixon

Oscar HixonThis is a photo of my grandfather Oscar Hixon who worked for the NC&StL up to 1948 when he retired at about age 75 (no early retirements in those days).

This photo is marked 1919 on the back.

I think the photo might be at the East End tower in Chattanooga, where the NC&StL crossed the Southern RR tracks. Just wondered if anyone else might be able to identify the tower.

Note this is stone construction, and I don't have any photos that show clearly if the tower was stone.
